Reroot tree
The Rerooting Tree Function converts unrooted trees to rooted trees through an input of an outgroup. We provide the capability of species tree file or a bootstrap files. Please see Input Example for the correct formating. To try the rerooting feature, please use the following example here. Perform right mouse click and save file to disk.
User will first select a file to be uploaded to our server.
(((((S1:0.1,S2:0.1):0.1,S4:0.1):0.1,S3:0.1):0.1,S5:0.1):0.1,S6:0.2);
(((((S1:0.1,S2:0.1):0.1,S4:0.1):0.1,S5:0.1):0.1,S3:0.1):0.1,S6:0.2);
(((((S1:0.1,S2:0.1):0.1,S4:0.1):0.1,S3:0.1):0.1,S5:0.1):0.1,S6:0.2);
User will then specify the outgroup species for the gene trees.(ex. S1 in the example file). The server will return the following rooted gene trees.
(((((S6:0.30000,S5:0.10000):0.10000,S3:0.10000):0.10000,S4:0.10000):0.10000,S2:0.10000):0.05000,S1:0.05000);
